Xbox One - First homebrew tools released

Xbox One was released on 22nd November in many countries - Now the first homebrew tools appeared!

Xbox One HDD tools - Let's you create your own, big Xbox One compatible hdd
Xbox One NAND Parser - A WIP, parses currently only the fileentries of the NAND Filesystem

I have no idea what I am doing but atleast I am trying
